Its a Lambrusco wine and pinot noir cuvee composed by the careful selection of the best grapes of the extraordinary hilly region of Emilia.
Its a really unique blend, which includes three fermentations at three different times.
The first where the wort turns into vintage wine vintage in previous and ongoing ferment separately and then form a unique cuvee.
Thus was born the harmony and balance between the fresh fruit of the young wine and the smell of ripe wines.
